The Golden Elixir
Rich in Omega-3, CLA, and beta-carotene. A superfood for your brain and body.
The Vedic Method
Firewood heating. Curd-churned butter. Made on Full Moon nights for higher potency.
The Ancient Vedic Journey
Our ghee is not manufactured; it is consecrated. We follow the 3,000-year-old Bilona method outlined in the Ayurvedic texts, ensuring every drop retains the Sattvic (pure) energy of nature.
The Sacred Kapila Source
Our journey begins far from industrial farms, in the untouched forests where our indigenous Kapila Red Cows roam free. They are not livestock; they are revered family. Grazing on wild medicinal herbs like Ashwagandha and Giloy, their stress-free lives produce highly potent, medicinal A2 milk. This pure, Sattvic foundation is essential for creating true Vedic ghee.
Slow Wood-Fire Boiling
We reject modern flash-pasteurization. The raw, organic A2 milk is poured into traditional large earthen pots and simmered slowly over a natural wood fire for hours. This gentle heat preserves the delicate enzymes and nutrients that industrial high-heat destroys, giving the milk a rich, creamy texture and infusing it with the earth element.
The Bilona Churning (Manthan)
This is the heart of the process. The milk is naturally cultured into rich curd (yogurt) overnight. Before dawn, during the auspicious Brahma Muhurta, this curd is hand-churned using a wooden Bilona. This bi-directional manual churning mimics the cosmic dance of creation, separating the pure *Makkhan* (butter) without any industrial centrifugal machines.
The Golden Elixir Arrives
The hand-churned butter is slowly heated to evaporate moisture, leaving behind pure liquid gold. The result is not just cooking fat—it is a medicinal elixir with a distinct Danedar (granular) texture and a rich, nutty aroma. Poured into glass jars, it is the culmination of nature's purity and ancient human wisdom, ready to nourish your body and soul.
Pure. Potent. Precious.

You Question We Answer
Why is your Ghee so expensive?
Because it is real. 30 Litres of A2 milk makes just 1 Litre of our Ghee. Our cows are not milk machines; they are family. You are paying for purity, scarcity, and ethical treatment.
What do "Forest Fed" cows eat?
They graze freely in the forest on Amruthaballi, Ashwagandha, and wild grasses. This medicinal diet naturally passes into the milk and the ghee.
Is this made from Cream or Curd (Bilona)?
Strictly Curd. We use the ancient Bilona method. Milk -> Curd -> Hand Churning -> Butter -> Ghee. We never use industrial cream separators.
Can I use this for Ayurveda?
Yes. Our Red Cow Ghee is highly recommended for Nasya (nasal drops) and Netra Basti (eye care) due to its high medicinal properties.
